HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Several weeks back I was hit by a rock from the people that were working on the grass at Lithia Motors at the corner of the highway and Oak Hill Drive. I live on Oak Hill and it sounded horrible I went to the dealership and spoke to a Michael Garza who took responsibility and said call me on Monday and I will get someone to work on the ding on my car door which is brand new. I called never got a response I called a few days later he'll get back with you I have yet to hear from him and I called again he'll get back with you never have heard back so I'm assuming that he is still in a meeting or feels that I am a stupid woman who can be put off. He shouldn't have taken responsibility for the ding on my door he could have easily put it off on the landscape company or whoever but he said not a problem I'll take care of it but like everything else when I call Lithia and complain to them also about cars that get test drove or people from their company there that drive down our family-oriented Street like bats out of *** the same reaction nobody cares. The door ding I can live with because apparently his word was not good he gave me his card but doesn't like to return phone calls. I am not a woman that you can pacify I am not a stupid woman and I hate when men take responsibility for something and then act like they don't know who you are or can turn a phone call. All I want to know or say today if Michael Garza sales manager is the kind of people that you hire to run your business I hope they sell cars better than they take care of customer service. He is a man that apparently does not hold true to his word so thank you for listening I hope he continues to do a phenomenal job for you because I wouldn't buy a car from Lithia and I wouldn't recommend buying a car from Lithia because if I can't get a call back on a simple door ding I'd hate to think what would happen if I needed repair on my car. My car was hit by a lot porter driving a new vehicle he drove off the lot on public street

My niece borrowed my car last Thursday on her way home she was behind a land rover who was going to make a left turn into In-n-Out instead turn on emergency lights or hazards yielding to the right indicating for her to pass he’s stopping. As she was passing the lot porter or employee made a u-turn damaging my hood and front bumper. When management went to see the accident they said someone from out dealership or insurance will contact you shortly and nobody has reached out instead I called Land Rover today and got the runaround until it reached an answering machine. My question is how can I get this resolved and my car repaired

My Termination

I would just like to resolve the way they terminated my position I felt very discriminate against. If you go back into the cameras you will be able to see how the greeter Casey Hollister was always on the phone and sitting.

And would never get in touble me on the other hand my boss (William Gollihar ) could not see me sitting or on the phone.

And they way About Hispanic. The fact that he didn't offer to place me in a different position it showed he wanted me gone I had no verbal warning or write ups what's is the excuse that I was not placed somewhere else now I'm asking for there to be justice that he should not be aloud to be unfair I'm a single grandmother with 2 grandsons that I am raising and now struggling because of his actions it's not fair

I just supposedly got a new transmission from lithia. Due to dealership warranty and transmission on my 2016 jeep patriot going to crap when I only have 34500 miles. I can tell they didn't place the the so called new transmission in properly cause it's effecting my cv joints and my steering is tight. Not only that but this "new" transmission is slipping just like the old one!!! Not to mention that when I went to pick up the jeep the 1st time they said it was done and handed me the keys. The jeep when put int on reverse rolled forward and was dumping tranny fluid on their lot!!! They then took the jeep back and I heard nothing more from them tell a week later when I had to call. They said oh it's done and seal wasn't on right. I am highly pissed and want this taken care of properly or else I am getting a attorney!!!!

Two years ago I had to put anew transmission in my Jeep and at that time the PCM unit was found to be bad. My mechanic took it Lithia and had anew installed. Cost $800 with Three year warranty, then last year year High temp alarm came on for Transmission took back to Lithia all they did was tighten a bolt on PCM unit. This year same proble with alarm. My mechanic checked everything in Transmission and came up with problem in PCM unit. He took it back to Lithia and they had it for a week and said nothing wrong and could not replace it under warranty. My mechanic went down and showed them what it was doing on test drive and they still will not make the warranty good.

for 3 weeks it has been nothing but problems and a hassle with these people. long story short my car has been sitting for weeks while lithia warranty services tries to find used cheap parts for my car.

turns out that the part they bought used is defective so now my car will sit for another who knows how long while they try to find another part. they told me you can pay for the difference of the new part but we will only cover 1600 of the total 3800. Thats less than half!!!!!! So now my car is torn apart at a chevy dealership without a driveshaft to put in.

Talking to or trying to get ahold of these people is impossible.

Worst experience ever, i will never be back to another lithia dealership, and would advise anyone thinking of coming here to STEER CLEAR!!!! concord lithia is awful

My 2020 Ram had sludge for oil ,completely plugged air filter, fuel filter. One of the tires was illegal for Road use.

My salesman replied it was certified. Certified as in washed and waxed

Bought a truck from your store gave them mine as trade. Ran the the truck for a week . Has a lot of issues took it so they'd work on it . They refuse to gat me a loner trucks been in the shop for over a week now . Now they say they are having trouble with warranty since the truck has a 6'in lift kit . But they sold lifted and sold me bumper to bumper warranty. They won't give me a straight answer. Still ain't got a vehicle for work.

Did Transmission service next day transmission service light is on engine power reduced light is blinking and vehicle is barely moving scraping sounds

None of this was happening before. The change transmission fluid light was on and I was told it would be $320 to do a Transmission service Then they found a leaking seal at the C.V. axel. $178 I drove the vehicle the next day after the service and dropped the vehicle off to have them fix it. They said the problem was the engine modulator which was coincidental and “fixed it’” for a charge of $490. As I drove away it was idling high and feels like it is barely running. I’m not feeling like I should trust Lithia if Redding to keep me safe on the road.

My husband took my truck in this morning to get tires rotation and oil change. Came with broken bolts from the decoration hubcaps missing on them. They didn’t let my husband know what they did wrong. I went down to talk to the service manager and he denied the whole issue but the service guy told me that the bolts just fell off the wheels, they didn’t do anything to it. I bought those tires in the spring, been driving around all these time nothing fell off them until they service my truck and all sudden the bolts just fell off. These bolts are twisted off. This is the third time I have to go down an argue with their service. First time I took my truck there to get detail done they scratched my truck so bad I had to argue with them to have it fix. Even then they denied they did the damage.
