They refuse to answer or call back or reply to emails. They owe me money for registration fees that they never used to register my car. It took a year to get the title transferered so I could register my car in another state. Worst company ever!!! They also wouldnt answer during warranty period when they sold me a swollen and leaking battery that caused me to breakdown while moving across the US. Another $250. They owe me a total of $550 now. Snakes!!!

No proof of purchase or tags/title in 3 months …..

No documents were provided for purchase at delivery. Pay cash and still three months later I have no documentation and no way to register my vehicle. The DMV will not issue further temp tags Customer Service Christina Mogford, Antoinnette Taylor and Melinda Alicea have all said they are assisting but still nothing no return phone calls wish I could just return the vehicle.

Problem with dealership

I need a new tonneau cover for my ram. After two visits somebody finally looked at it and ordered one. After not hearing back for two weeks I called Jeremy at the service dept. I never got a reply. I have been calling his number and Bre Mcleans number twice a day. No call back. I called the business office three times, no call back. Today i got ahold of the parts dept, and they said it was in and he would have the service dept.call me. They did not. Still waiting

I want the title and a bill of sale for a car that I purchased with cash ( wire transfer) . I have the car but cannot insure it, register it or drive it. Also the dealership incorrectly collected the sales tax and even calculated the tax incorrectly.

I lost my leg coulnt work told the finance company and they picked it up end of story I'm not paying for a vehicle that you got back

I bought a truck from lithia motors turns out the motor was Shor they gave me a Mitsubishi replacement suv and they told me to make payments for 2 months and then they would find a truck for me I went back everyone for 8 months and they would not honor them deal then I moved to CA. And then I lost a leg and I was in and out of the hospital for 6 months I lost my job I called the finance company and told them that I couldn't make payments any more so finally they came and picked up the car they got their car back and they want over 9 thousand dollors the car was appraised it is only worth 3500 I will not pay for a car that you got back so please take it off my negative credit report thank you Charles ballard
